The nice thing about living in Florida is that there are a TON of fun resorts, hotels, and get-a-ways that you don't have to go far to enjoy! We had an action packed Spring Break...Brandon and his family were here to start it out, then we ventured down to Port St. Lucie for a night to hang out with Kim and her family, and then we went as a family to the Nickelodeon Hotel for 2 nights. Talk about a fun place!!!! It had TONS of fun things going on. We played at the water slides (where the kids also got SLIMED!) , went to different shows (including the SLIME show), played at the arcade, ate at fun restaurants (including the character breakfast), and the kids favorite was hanging out in our hotel room. They loved that there was a t.v. in each of the rooms and the boys liked having their own bunk beds that had little lights to light their own personal area. It was so nice to getaway. And then to come home and have Conference to look forward was an added treat! What a great week!
The kids each got to get a souvenir and Luke picked the Caricature drawing of himself. I remember my sister Heidi having one of these when we were little and I thought it was the coolest thing EVER!
Luke got picked for the trivia game they had at the pool and got a pie in the face and then got picked to help at the Slime Time Live show too!

What a great spring break! Family time is the best and the memories last forever! Cute kids! Love you all!
Hey Sara, we went to Nick Hotel last June for 3 days and had a GREAT time =) It wasn't what we expected when we first got there, but after a bit we realized that the kids LOVED it and we did had a great time! We also did the character breakfast and it was yummy & cute. The kids want to go back this summer and so we probably will =)
p.s in February we all stayed at a local "adult hotel" ;) (the Marriot, for Daryl's Birthday) and I keep trying to get the kids as jazzed to wanna go back there as opposed to the Nick hotel =) I mean, I love the Nick hotel and we had a great time, but there's something to be said for a peaceful, quiet hotel pool :) Don't you love being in Orlando and getting so many choice? :)
That's it, I'm moving to Florida.
Em looks like she's holding a Bitty Baby in her arms in that picture. Cutest baby EVER.
Looks like a blast! Good for you guys.
