Matt got me tickets to Wicked for our Anniversary and the day finally came! It was AMAZING! It is so cool how creative they were to give back ground and really twist the story of the Wizard of Oz.
It was kind of neat too because Luke and Emma's piano teacher, Alexia Jowers, was playing the flute in the orchestra. She told me to come say hi at intermission and so we ran down to the orchestra pit and glanced down at her. It was really amazing to see...I never realized HOW FAR down the orchestra pit is. It looked like a little dungeon down there :) It was fun to see her, I was so proud of her! Talk about a major commitment. She has to play every show for the next month and they only get breaks on Mondays. Most days she is playing a matinée and the evening show! She is one talented and dedicated lady!

I loved Wicked SO SO SO much. I'd love to see it again.
I am Elphaba "green" with envy! Really we are so happy you got to see it! What were your favorite songs? I love the music so much! Defying Gravity is probably my very favorite! Luke's teacher is amazing!
I also am so green with envy. We have had several plans to see this play and every time it has fallen through. Dang I really want to see it.
I'm jealous--and that's all I have to say about that--except that, Sara, you are gorgeous!
