Disney's Hollywood Studios

While I was in West Virginia a friend of Matt's parents, Stan Cook, was in town for a golf tournament. He called and told Matt he had tickets to Disney that expired on Monday. This was Saturday and Matt had a full day of birthday parties, a baptism, etc. So he wasn't able to go and of course he's not going to take the kids on Sunday and so Monday the kids skipped school and I took them to Disney! What a fun way to come home from a trip away from them! Since we didn't pay for the tickets it was no big deal for Matt to come after work and meet us to go on a few rides. Usually when you pay an arm and a leg you feel like you have to get in as much as you can and so you go early and stay late. So it was fun to have Matt meet up with us. The kids had a blast. I think some of their favorites were the Indiana Jones Stunt Show, the Toy Story ride, Luke loved the Rockin' Roller Coaster, the Fantasmic show that had water, lasers and fireworks, and the best was when Luke and Emma were picked to go up on stage and do the Jedi Training! It was so cute! (I will post the video when I can) What a great day!

Gavin is TOTALLY into Playhouse Disney and especially likes Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. So when we were at the Playhouse Disney Live he was in heaven! He was dancing with them and being so cute!

We were right up front for the parade!

My little Jedi's :) I think they truly think they are now Jedi's because they went through the training :)

Luke is way left and Emma is way right

That Stan is the sweetest guy! We teared up big time when he told us how he put his arms out and Luke, Emma and Gavin came running to him...and how he said "this hug is from Grandma and Grandpa Rose!" He was so impressed with the kids. Just couldn't say enough good things. We're so glad it all worked out that you could get the tickets and then be able to use them.
