Family....our fun trip of 2010...week 1

This summer I decided it might be my last chance for a while to stay in Utah for a while...because soon the baby will be here and I don't think I can travel with 4 kids by myself....3 is doable, 4 seems CRAZY! So we had a WONDERFUL trip! I don't think we could have packed anymore in! Matt got to stay the first 2 weeks and then he had to get back to work and so the kids and I stayed out another 2 weeks. Here are some of our adventures...

We got to go out for ice cream with my mom and dad and Brynlie when we first landed and then we were off to Blackfoot.

First we saw Grandpa's new horse...

The next day we took a drive to Jackson Hole, WY for lunch. Poor Luke got car sick and tossed his cookies in the restaurant :( But he recovered and we were still able to have a wonderful day. Man it is BEAUTIFUL out there!

We got to stop for SQUARE ice cream and I loved this cute picture of Gavin and Emma :)

Then the Rose family reunion started in Rupert, ID at Lori and Brad's house. We had so much fun swimming, watching movies outside at night, we had a family talent show, and we had a family 5K (I came in LAST place ) he, he, he.

Gavin and Jack were little pals...I heard them playing hide and go seek and Jack said "Ok Gavin it's my turn to count, you go hide in my closet". To which Gavin replied "Ok" ha ha!

Then it was back to Salt Lake for the annual Searle family reunion 4th of July party at Lori and John's house! I couldn't believe that the kids weren't afraid of Lori's HUGE dogs! Gavin loved Sammea!

And to finish up the week many hours were spent in Grandma's dress up box...
