Ward Karaoke night was a blast! Luke and Emma loved it a little too much, let's just say they are not shy. Emma got up there and can't read and didn't want help and didn't know the song. Not a good mix for karaoke :) She didn't care, she stood up there silent holding the mic. She said she was singing you just couldn't see her mouth because of the mic :) Whatever!
Notice in this picture Matt is trying to help poor Emma with the words....
She refused his help and is independently struggling through the song :)

Ward Karaoke Night?!?! How fun! Did you get many people (over the age of 18) who were willing to go for it? We tried that at a ward summer party once, but it wasn't the most successful thing we've ever done. Lots of chickens in our ward, I guess. The karaoke turned into a huge "Name That Tune" game, which went over in a much bigger way. I guess potato farmers aren't big risk takers -- bunch of babies! :)
Oh, fearless Emma! She amazes me!
Love,
Mom
