Yes - just as I thought we were getting some order around here, getting back on schedule - they go and cancel the 2nd day of school because of dumb hurricane Fay!!!! Fay Fay Go Away! :) So instead Luke and Emma had friends over and they played all day. Then they got a little stir crazy from being cooped up inside. I think they would have been better off at school :) Yes it drizzled all day but tonight we are getting the winds and rain. Nothing like Charlie from 3 years ago.

We have thought about you but have not been too concerned about Fay --not like we were about Charlie! How bad are the winds tonight? I bet the kids were bummed about school being cancelled--until, that is, they found out they could have friends for the day! Life in Florida--always interesting, isn't it? Love you!

Just seeing an image like that moving toward me would keep me indoors all day long. You Floridians are TOUGH!! Hope all is well. I've been watching the weather channel (between Olympics binges, that is) and hoping it wouldn't get too bad where you are.
Your kids look so big. I can't believe Emmy is already so old. Time flies, doesn't it? How is Gavin adjusting to life alone? I'm wondering how Jack will be with both siblings gone all day long. He'll probably love it, since he's really into the "MINE" stage right now!!! :)
For all that are wondering we are safe and sound! Fay is nothing more then TONS of rain and inside cooped up days. There is some flooding but not near us yet. It has been non stop raining since Tuesday! I wish Fay would move a little faster out of here! Thanks everyone for your concern!
OK Everyone the previous picture I had on the post was not Fay...it was some random hurricane on an emergency preparedness site! So now I have a true picture of Fay...definitely less scary looking (thank goodness) :) I just got a call that school is cancelled for tomorrow too! (Friday)! Too much standing water around everywhere...CRAZY!
