The kids have a new place they love to hang out...up in our tree! At first I was being the protective mom that I am and I wouldn't let them... and then I thought to myself "Kids are supposed to climb trees!" So they go up there to read, eat their snack, and imagine! Our poor little tree is being abused, and hopefully you won't read any posts about broken arms :)
Gavin begs and begs for me to put him in the tree for a minute :)
I thought this was the funniest picture because the kids climb up and then poor Gavin is stuck on the ground and just paces below and waits for them to come back to play with him (poor kid). He pulled up this chair to wait :)

Such cute pictures. I love that tree and believe me, Matt climbed and played in our trees from the time he was small. As a parent you hope and pray no accidents happen but you are right, trees are for climbing! You're a great mom!

Awesome! They look so thrilled. I love that they eat their snacks and read up there. I can totally remember doing that in our plum tree in Park Valley. I thought I was the coolest! :)
Those are such cute pictures. The kids look like they are having a ball. BTW, I had to play catch up on your blog and I loved the pics of the rodeo. You guys do the funnest things.
My kids loved the picture with all of you in cowboy hats. I would look like such a goon in a hat but you can pull ANYTHING off. You looked adorable!!!
